It’s Like a Time-Share Without the Commitment
The best thing about time-share condos is that you get all the conveniences of home when you are on vacation. The worst thing is that you have a commitment to the place whether or not that’s where you want to go on vacation each year. Renting a home for vacation gives you the best of time-share and eliminates the worst. I checked into a Lake Tahoe rental when we made this year’s vacation plans. I reserved exactly what we wanted in size, amenities, location and number of bedrooms and baths. Like a time-share, it feels like home. But unlike a time-share, we are not committed to coming back unless we want to.
