Customer service is an important part of any successful business. I have been known to leave a company after just one bad experience with the customer service department. Now that I own a company, I continuously stress to my employees the importance of this. Recently I found a PayPal web hosting company that I love. Their customer service is outstanding and I have never been more impressed. I am considering having all of my employees call in to them just to learn the right way to handle things. If there is an award for outstanding customer service this company definitely deserves it.
