I Was Curious About How They Kept Track of the Information
The last time that I visited the dentist, she referred me to a periodontist. She said that my gums were in a precarious state and needed specialized care. Since I live in a small town, I was afraid that I was going to have to travel to a town forty-five minutes away to get the work done. After doing some research, however, I learned that there was one periodontists who came here twice a month to work on patients in my town. I was curious about how they kept track of all their patients’ information traveling back and forth like that, so when I went to get my work done, I asked. The doctor said that they use Web based EMR, so it is easy for them to keep track of things no matter which office they’re in.
