Lift with a Barbell

All you need for this combination of plyometric training and weight lifting exercise is a barbell. Lay the barbell on the ground and crouch down just behind it. Get a grip on the barbell and lift it up to about your knees. Next, you want to lift the barbell up to your chest so your arms are underneath the bar. But, you do not want to lift with your arms. You want to push with your legs off of the ground. Your legs are what lifts the barbell up to your chest, and your arms are just there to hold the bar through the process.
