I Use Printable Worksheets As Homework
As a parent, I want my kids to have a great foundation for learning, and I have found that they learn much better when I supplement what they are studying at school. The teachers occasionally have them complete homework, but I found that they breezed through it very quickly. I started using printable worksheets to help them with reading comprehension, and my youngest daughter progressed to one of the highest reading groups in her class. It has been wonderful to see her vocabulary and fluency improve, and now every day she always asks me if she can do some homework. This is music to my ears!
