Reduce the calorie intake to burn belly fat
Food items having high calorific value are not good for health. They get deposited as fat in our body. In order to burn belly fat, you must do a lot of tough exercises. In addition, you must give up the habit of eating meat, sweets, candies and all other items containing high amount of sugar in it. Instead, you must eat boiled vegetables and food items which contain high fibre. You must also eat a lot of fruits like watermelon and papaya. Furthermore, stop drinking alcohol, as it contains a lot of sugar. Hence, to lose the belly fat, reduce the calorie intake!
