Pushups and pullups
I have been very successful with bodyweight exercises. The best bodyweight workouts are pullups and pushups. These can be done with a bar in a doorway, and just simply stated, on the floor. How tiring it can be to have to go to the gym every night, then once your routine changes even slightly, how disappointing it can be to your spirit. It can create a funk you get into with even the weather, or a family thing, or health issue. Why not try to use what god gave you before anything else. This is where you will find the most joy in your workouts.
