Feel and look as young as you like

I don’t want to grow up mainly because I have loved my youthful body immensely.  As a younger adult, I had great skin, beautiful, shiny hair, and a very in shape body.  20 years later, I’m all dried up.   There sure are a ton of gizmos and gadgets on the market so we may achieve the ultimate fountain of youth, but can exercise make you look younger.  I do know that exercise firms saggy muscles and reduces the fat level between your skin and muscle tissue therefore adding tone and definition which would in turn create a more youthful look.  Firmer muscles tightens skin and reduces lines and wrinkles.
