Acai is on top of superfoods list!
Acai is pronounced ah-sigh-ee and has become one of the most popular superfoods out there. Acai can be taken in many different forms such as fresh, frozen or dried berries, liquid concentrated form or pill form. Acai is a delicious berry that tastes like a combination (in my opinion) of blueberries and dark chocolate. It can be somewhat bitter to some, but I honestly really like it and use it in my recipes. I put the berries in breads, cereal, granola, yogurt or even frozen yogurt for a special treat. An acai berry diet can help you gain energy, feel great and even detoxify your body and lose weight.
