Association With Asbestos
The fact of the matter is that I never even did work around asbestos but that does not mean that I was not around it on a daily basis. My husband worked in construction for over 20 years and everyday I would take his clothes and of course wash them as thoroughly as possible. What I was exposed to was obviously enough of a hazard because recently after suffering with a lot of shortness of breath I went to the doctor and have now been diagnosed with Mesothelioma. Thankfully I have immediate care but this is still not the news that I wanted to receive.
