6 Degrees of Freedom

Do you know of the “6 Degrees of Freedom”?

I do! Let me tell you about it.

Heaving, swaying, surging, pitching, yawing, rolling – these are the 6 degrees of freedom.    

These activities that I’ve mentioned will make sure your body remains in balance.

All of the TACFIT commando programs use these 6, as their foundation. I heard it’s the mosteffective base root of a successful training.

You will have an improved performance after each session. Of course, who should we better learn it from, but Scott Sonnon. He’s even the reason why Martial Arts were born! He is a legend and a real genius.
