Shoe Store Plan
My parents have owned a shoe store in our community for many years. It’s a small store, but they love running it. Even with all of the competition, they have maintained a wonderful business throughout the years. My dad says that it is because he follows the retail business plan that he and my mother wrote many years ago. I believe that he is right about that because I know how hard they work everyday in order to see their dreams come true. Their customers are happy with the way that they do business, that’s why they keep going back to them year after year.
