Merging and Changing the Hospital’s System
I’m a Medical Office assistant for the local hospital. When the hospital announced its plan to merge all the hospitals in the county it was a shock to everyone. All of the office personnel was required to attend business objects training. Since a new system was being introduced one that was going to make every one’s life much easier. We were all excited. Once I understood the system I have to admit it was actually more efficient than the one we had been using for so many years. Then I started thinking maybe this merger wasn’t going to be so bad after all.
