How I Fought The Insurance Company And Won
Last week I was out celebrating my court victory. I spent 12 months battling my insurance company over a claim they refused to pay. I had to go out an hire an ICBC lawyer to represent me and everything. Most of my friends said it was worth it and I should just let it go. I decide I was going to fight them to the end. I had been paying my insurance for all these years and when I finally had to put in a claim they didn’t want to pay it. It was a long ordeal but the win was bitter sweet.
